a taste of Paris in Busan


Anyone that has spent much time in Busan will know that brunch in Korea can be hard to find. Yes, there are big name coffee shops that serve muffins and toast but as you might have guessed from our last post we want the real thing.

Lucky we have BK on our side. Not only is she a master translator (see Korean translation below) she is also an expert on search engines and reads countless reviews on Korean websites so that we can find these mysterious boutique brunch café’s.

Getting here:

The cafe is walking distance from Jung-dong station (take exit 5 if you choose to walk) we chose to take a taxi for 2,200won to Kyungdong Merbil ‘경동 메르빌’ and the cafe is tucked on a side street behind Busan Bank next door to Table 4 restaurant with a big blue and yellow sign.
